The 50+ Project is a registered non-profit organization (50 Plus Projects 2025 / 166560 / 08 NPC) dedicated to strengthening and sustaining Older Persons Living with HIV (OPLHIV 50+). We operate across all nine provinces of South Africa, focusing on community-driven engagement, advocacy, and technical support.
Comments
When visitors leave comments on our site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, as well as the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to aid in spam detection. An anonymized string created from your email address (a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to verify your use of it. The Gravatar service’s privacy policy is available at: https://automattic.com/privacy/. Upon approval of your comment, your profile picture (if applicable) will be visible to the public within the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to our website, please avoid including embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors can download and extract location data from images on the site. We recommend removing such data before uploading to protect your privacy.
